Few things are as basic to the Christian faith as praying, yet few things provoke such feelings of inadequacy or guilt. We all know we should pray but wish we were better or more motivated prayers.  We look at the model prayer Jesus gives us. It helps us to grow in prayer by focussing our minds on God whilst basing our confidence in his ability rather than in our own.
